Awesome experience! Ana helped me and was very polite, not pushy and very knowledgeable on the various products. I wasn't looking to buy when I stopped by, but their product and customer service matched my 5 star rating. Checked out other products twice the cost, but honestly felt much more satisfied with the Brooklyn bedding product. Would certainly recommend... especially with their warranty, can't go wrong.
