Is there a rating higher than 5 stars that I can give? The experience was everything I wanted a mattress buying process to be. I was greeted by store manager Eric who walked me through all of the mattress styles that met my personal specifications. There was no sleazy, high pressured sales tactics, or the phony small talk. Just the provision kind, insightful, and useful information. Eric's personality sold the mattress, he was such a pleasure to work. My mattress will be delivered in a couple of days but so far, I'm very happy I just 'walked' into BB today and bought one.
