How long will it take to get my order?

Mattress production times may take between 7-10 business days. We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Due to overwhelming transportations demands, arrival times may vary. Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online, or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.

My tracking number does not work?

We create tracking numbers in advance and it can take 24-48 hours for a tracking number to activate. Once FedEx/UPS receives and ships the package, the tracking number will activate.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we now offer FedEx International shipping to Canada. Shipping starts at $550 for a single mattress. For a custom quote or different quantity, please call or contact us.

Do you offer White Glove Delivery?

We do not. We believe it's an expensive add-on that is not necessary with compressed mattresses.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order here. Please keep in mind you tracking number will take some time to activate, approximately 24 to 48 hours.You may also contact our helpful customer service team with any questions by phone or by email.
